Right from the start of the lockdown, Picard Surgelés decided to take action to support the French population. In that context of social distancing, it became urgent to make life easier for households though a home delivery application.
How could we provide the French population with an attractive, comfortable and intuitive purchasing experience in the middle of the lockdown?
User test phases were conducted in-house with employees and externally with customers in order to define the main lines of the application.
Using bold concepts in terms of functionalities and design, resting on a solid and innovative technological base, the app was immediately a huge success.
