As a manufacturer of designer garden furniture, Fermob wants to reinvent the customer experience and adopt a more effective commercial vision. To tackle those issues, Fermob chose to rely on the Salesforce solutions.

How could we improve customer knowledge through the enhancement and structuring of the customer database?

We started with a Salesforce POC to demonstrate the potential productivity gain to the teams. They were all immediately convinced of the real benefits in terms of speeding up and simplifying their daily activities.

Our team – which is certified for all Salesforce Clouds – proposed the Sales Cloud and Service Cloud solutions to cover several types of users within the same database.

The use of a common base allowed for more precise monitoring of sales activities, sector by sector, with near real-time visibility. We were then able to move on to the industrialization phase to work on the interface before deploying the solution. Result: new sales dynamics focused on customer relations.
