Design and develop the mobile website of one of the major actors of the cinema industry to complete their service offers in a mobility situation.

A well-established scenario, key players

To answer in the most fair way, we started from the real motivations of the users. With more than 62% of viewers browsing on mobile, one of the biggest challenges is to offer a site that is perfectly suited to their uses.

A front-end development response that also knows how to interface with a complex information system

A fluid mobile website to adapt to all the resolutions of mobile screens through which each week passes a lot of important information with the cinemas, movies and available sessions and stage the e-commerce brick needed for the online booking.

An agile mode that allows to work the design part and the front-end part together with the pre-defined technical solution and enrich each other:

Apprehending and challenging the cinema experience : To identify the elements that can be differentiating, we left the cinema experience with a "user centric" point of view. We faithfully tracked use cases according to user habits. We then laid out and defined the various possible paths to propose an ideal experience.

Adapting to the existing technical ecosystem : While respecting the constraints of the project and the different technical partners related to the project, we analyzed the situation and recommended a suitable solution for the mobile website. For example, by proposing to integrate at different moments of the experiment, the secure payment in connection with the existing e-commerce brick.

Defining pathways and design translations : This first study allowed us to draw user paths that we have subsequently prioritized and refined to obtain a detailed tree. We were able to understand the structure of the information, translated into models and pages of the mobile website.

Ensuring the sustainability of the system : We have set up performance support to monitor, support and optimize the mobile website. With measurement tools and a rigorous tagging plan, UGC can closely monitor users' behaviors for continuous improvement of the mobile web experience over the long term.

A cinema experience that best responds to a use in situation, according to the users. In a logic always favoring more fluidity for the users, while respecting the budgetary, organizational constraints and the complexity of the technological ecosystem in place.
