To design a responsive-design, search engine-optimised and customer-centric website to showcase the solutions offered by SFR Business, a new brand created from the merger of SFR Business Team, Completel and Telindus.

To help the SFR Business brand grow its business by generating leads and selling solutions directly online following a comprehensive overhaul of the company's solutions.

A comprehensive understanding of the solution

Following the merger of SFR Business Team, Completel and Telindus, the client's solutions were divided into three separate offerings: telephony, Internet and cloud solutions. We worked from a detailed, complex and technically challenging catalogue, developing a user-centric approach. During the workshops, we restructured the entire offering and reorganised the existing sections in the interest of user clarity.

 A keen understanding of clients’ and prospects’ profiles

It goes without saying that a client’s needs and expertise change over time to reflect specific practices. We therefore carried out a series of client case studies as part of our efforts to gain a clearer insight into their expectations and problems. We then used these inputs to develop personas. During this initial phase of the work, we were able to draw an important conclusion – that knowledge of digital technologies varies significantly. Based on these findings, we suggested that our client restructure its solutions in a way that reflects the digital maturity of their users. We also defined a content strategy, with a clearer, concise layout and an editorial stance that adapts to different users based on their information needs.

A commitment to continuous improvement

We focused on SEO imperatives from the outset and throughout the entire project, also working on other key drivers of site performance. We then monitored the new site's acquisition and conversion KPIs so we could make the necessary adjustments to optimise performance.

The result
A responsive website that targets small and medium-sized businesses and helps improve lead generation in key account segments, tailored to the target's technical knowledge and digital habits.
